It’s Tuesday!! You know what that means!

Week April 20 – April 26

Let’s just call this my taper week.

Monday: Feeling bad about the end of last week, I forced myself to get to the treadmill at work. I ran for an hour; run 9 minute, walk 1 minute at an easy pace.

Tuesday: I didn’t feel like running again, so I walked around our apartment complex with Beau for 40 minutes or so.

Wednesday: I completed an Earth Day virtual 10k. On the treadmill. I partly did my threshold repeats as planned, partly did whatever I felt like.

Thursday:  I made excuses as to why not to workout.

Friday: I took this taper week very serious. Again, no workout.

Saturday: I ran the Brazos Bend 50k!

Sunday: Rest day!
